Saturday we went up to Oak Glen to pick some apples. It was a nice clear day and great weather for it. Could have been just a tiny bit cooler for fall but this is CA so I don't expect much ;-)
I wanted to have lunch at one of the local bakery restaurants but the one I chose had a 30 minute wait to be seated, so we had pretty decent counter service food, and Allison spied the pony rides near by so of course we had to do that. There she is on "Rosie".

We didn't have one of those fancy apple picker rake things, so we had to improvise!
Taste testing one of the yummy apples. I think she had 3 total on the way home.
